    Failed Deliveries

    If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, absence of the recipient, or refusal to accept the parcel, it will be returned to us at the customer’s expense. Any return shipping fees or additional costs incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.

    If your tracking number shows that your order was delivered but you did not receive it, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.
