Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped or produced for a full refund. However, once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
• Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, but no restocking fees will be charged.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within a few business days.

You may keep any included bonus items even if you return the product.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company as processing times may vary.
3. Contact your bank, as there may be delays in posting refunds.
